Joe Cole has 30+ years’ experience in the Public and Commercial Information Technology field. Extensive experience in I.T. secure cable infrastructure, secure data and telco. Inventor of US Patent for secure communications tracking and communications system in emergency management which was brought to market. Inventor of Patent Pending solution for accessing non secure communications devices between non secure and secure spaces. Retired Foreign Service FS-1.
